Account and data requests

Tony Wallace, the operator of 11OneDock, handles access, correction, export, closure and deletion requests manually. This page describes how to request help; it does not claim that automatic deletion or an automated export service is available.

Make a request

Email 11onedocksupport@gmail.com from your account email. Say whether you need an account closed, a copy or correction of information, a provider disconnected, or specified records deleted. Identify the firm and the scope of the request without attaching financial records, passwords, recovery keys or authenticator codes.

We must verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing records. Use the normal sign-in flow when requested. A message from an unfamiliar address alone cannot authorize a firm export or deletion. Client requests about the firm’s professional records may need to be directed to the firm.

How we handle the request

After verification, we confirm the scope and coordinate with the firm where shared records or professional recordkeeping duties are involved. For closure, request needed exports before deletion; we will explain the available format and scope. We identify affected files, imported records, search and memory copies, relevant pending jobs and retained exceptions. We carry out authorized changes and confirm the outcome, including what remains and why.

Different actions have different effects

  • Signing out ends an application session; it does not delete your account.
  • Removing firm access prevents access to that firm. It does not authorize erasing its records or another membership.
  • Disconnecting a provider stops access through that connection. Imported records and the provider’s originals are separate.
  • Deleting a workspace requires a reviewed scope, authority checks and consideration of recordkeeping duties, audit history, shared records and applicable legal obligations.

Confirmation and retained information

The operator will explain what can be acted on, what must be coordinated with the firm, and any records that must be retained. A request is not complete until its outcome is confirmed. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Completion depends on verification, scope and lawful retention needs; no instant erasure or deletion of provider originals is promised. If a request is denied or limited, ask the support address to review the decision and exercise any applicable appeal or regulatory complaint rights. Each retained exception must have a documented reason and review date.

Backup copies, where present, are restricted from ordinary use and may remain until safely expired or replaced. A deletion request must identify those copies and their disposition. This is a manual procedure, not automatic backup erasure or a claim of verified recovery capability. Before restoring a backup, the operator must reconcile previously completed deletion and access-removal decisions so they are not silently undone.

For an urgent access problem or suspected disclosure, use the support and security instructions.
